Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because we source our products from wholesale suppliers, orders may require additional processing time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. Tracking delays do not qualify for refunds.
International Shipping & Customs

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
