Because our items are sourced from wholesale suppliers and many are small, delicate, or hygienic in nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style selection

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance

Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, and for hygiene and quality control reasons, items cannot be resold once opened or worn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are issued only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

What Is Considered Normal & Not Defective

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Minor variations in size, shape, or finish

  • Natural wear over time

  • Tarnishing due to exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals

  • Minor scratches or marks common in mass-produced wholesale items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Mystery or blind box items

  • Custom or personalized items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

  • We do not refund original shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • International shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

  • Returns from international customers are not accepted unless the item is defective.

How to Start a Claim

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
